Yes. In line with most of the manufacturing business, a bulk order normally gets marked down price compared to a smaller order. However, the reduction percentage may vary depending on the material and design selected.

Before diving into manufacturing, we make sure to engage our client in the process of designing and selecting material. This is to firstly make sure clear requirements are made and those are made achievable. Digital artwork and product samples will be provided before bulk manufacturing to ensure the end product would align with client’s expectations. Therefore, it is rare occasions where we would cater to last minute change in order requirements, especially when bulk manufacture is already ongoing.

We are obligated to have a quality check before sending out any product. It is rare that we would have faulty items sent out. However, if any problem is raised regarding the product quality, we shall have inspection into the matter.
